But anyway I noticed it got quite fat and I have to tone it down but any good way to do it?

You mean your calves? You're going to have to lose weight overall to lost weight where you want. But if you want to get a headstart you can target that area by working out the muscle underneath it. It sounds like you have fat calves? I would suggest some squats, calve raises or any leg press machine.
