Playing through Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes for the first time.
There was a mighty big learning curve for the first hour or so, but after I got into the flow of things, I can now see why this series has so many dedicated fans. I am loving every minute of it. I just got onto disc two (Comm Tower A), and am looking forward to finishing the game over the weekend!
Simply out of curiosity: what do you guys think of the Metal Gear franchise? Gameplay? Story? Music? Favorite in the series?

I like it. I like the lore and the story to it. I find it interesting that MGS3 and Peace Walker take place in the 60's and 70's, but they have tech that we don't have today. So I like how they did that past setting with future tech. The games I played are MGS: Portable OPS, MG: Acid 2, MGS: Peace Walker and MGS 3. I have MGS: 2, but I haven't played that yet. [b]Gameplay:[/b] MG: Acid 2. MGS: 3. MGS: Peace Walker. MGS: Portable OPS. [b]Story:[/b] MGS: 2.(Still haven't beating it yet, but I'm about 15 hours into it.) MGS: Peace Walker. MGS: Acid 2.
