I have stopped watching porn for a little, experiencing withdrawal effects

Well, I don't know if it's actually withdrawal, but I have been off for like a week and a half. I have been experiencing extreme loneliness and depression, which is normal if you watch porn on a consistent basis and suddenly stop. I only watched it once every 2-3 days though. I don't know if that's considered a minor addiction or whatnot. Right now I feel fine, but these symptoms are very inconsistent. TL;DR Ever feel depression or loneliness after having stopped watching porn?

The atmosphere in this thread is too serious for me not to post. As my cousin said, your body may actually be producing less of the chemicals it was prior to your stop. If you find other ways to produce those chemicals (exercise) or to occupy that time (other activities), the withdrawal will go smoother and you'll feel less of the side effects. It'd be good to find something more productive regardless. Imagine how much time you could have spent elsewhere if you tally it up at the end of each month. This is just a general pointer for the thread. It's perfectly normal by the way, though I wouldn't say you're addicted from what you've posted.
