Mark Nutt thinks us humans are like pack animals and we crave a hierarchy. Any job that requires no qualifications or experience and can be taken by anyone could indicate that you are at the bottom of the social ladder, and if you are an older person it could be seen that you haven't achieved anything to warrant a job requiring skills or experience. A job is a job and if it gets you money that you like then that's great! I think people think its demeaning or that their too good to be working there. I think its attitude like that, that makes people remain unemployed. I dont understand whats so bad about working there.... its work after all.
