The only things I pay every month are: Mortgage Electricity Cable/Internet Health Insurance Water's quarterly, car insurance is twice a year, and the mortgage is the only debt I have.

Mortgage-958$ Condo fees-250$ Electrical bills-180-250$ netflix-10$ Personal Phone-100$ Cable-20# Internet-60$ The rest is daily costs, but my income is used up to about 85% before i have personal money, and thats not accounting the 12% i take off the top for retirement before i even get taxed.
