I'm so glad...
...that video gaming is deciding to grow up and finally start being inclusive to female and/or gay characters and leads and entertain serious stories and drama instead of the usual male and testosterone dominated arcade gameplay with the barest and flimsiest of stories to cover them.

FemShep and that chick from Mirror's Edge (I never played it, hence my ignorance) would like a word with you. It's also worth noting that the latest iteration of Lara Croft isn't a pair of tits and legs carrying guns anymore, so that's a (small) step up.
