I've recently been thinking about medicine and the future. Mainly the thought that in the future the fetus could be not only screened for potential deformities and diseases but would allow them to be fixed and changed inside the womb. This lead to the next step, looking at genes that would lead to "attractive" features and fixing them if they would in fact lead to "ugly" features.
Onto the ethics.
Would it be ethical to alter genes to make your baby attractive before they exited the womb?

We need average-looking people in the world.
