What Happened To The John-117 Monument ?
you know the massive diorama of the second battle of new mombasa used in the believe trailer and other media and Bungie offered private viewings of it way back when, I'm just wondering what happened to it did it get auctioned off ? binned ? given to 343 ?

2 RepliesWe have the central element from that diorama in our studio. I love it because it was made by Stan Winston studios, and I grew up studying his figuring work in films like Aliens (and tons of other badass stuff).

It got split up and sold off to collectors or given to studios that worked on the game. Bungie has a section that includes the MC in their place.

To my knowledge, the main piece of it is still in the visitor area of the studio.
