how do you flavor beef?
trying to get it to taste spicy (at least 10,000 Scoville units) before cooking it. it's cheap-ish quality sirloin steak.

2 RepliesEdited by HurtfulTurkey: 3/31/2013 3:27:31 AMThe best way to flavor beef is to not buy shitty sirloin. But seriously, salt and pepper, maybe a bit of butter if you're pan cooking it. Avoid steak sauce, or any other sauce. You want beef taste, not chewy sauce.
