We maintain an organized command structure, and you are expected to work to the benefit of the whole clan. If you cannot stand by this, then the 117th isn't the place for you. Just because we take things seriously, doesn't mean we can't have fun though. After all, it is just a game, and games are meant to be enjoyed. No one likes it when a member of your group pulls you down, and equally, no one likes it when someone is elitist. We don't mind people going it alone sometimes. Being in a group all the time gets boring. It becomes stagnant, even if there are hundreds of different members for you to group up with. Everyone needs there alone time, and we have nothing against that. Going solo from time-to-time is totally OK.
