I wonder if someone could create a database that kept track of how many followers each user had, and listed them in order from greatest to least. Popularity contents all around.

Achronos needs only release the Bungie.next API and we could do this and more probably. More important than the number of followers though would be who is followed by the most important people, such a measure can be estimated with a Page Rank Algorithm as I mentioned in an earlier post.
