It took 7 years for the United Nations to agree on this. Although it may seem minuscule, but for the international community, this is a HUGE deal.

Fantastic, this makes it even harder for nations to wage war by proxy. Numerous conflicts occurring right now, which are fight because sides fun actors aligned with their interests, will be severely mitigated in scope because of this treaty. Good for the United Nations, which is usually the pinnacle of uselessness.
