Puerto Princesa at GDC
Not sure if Puerto Princesa has been confirmed as the location yet, but in the background of a few of the GDC presentation slides is the usual map, but this one has 'PUERTO PRINCESA' printed on the right.

There are also a few other names I can't quite make out except for 'Thumb Peak' at the very top left. A quick google maps search shows there's a Thumb Peak just outside of Puerto Princesa in about the right spot...
Seems a bit too specific to just be a coincidence.

Now we have confirmation from Bungie that it is Puerto Princessa, though it would be hard to say it was anything else. I guess it's just a matter of finding out the cities significance, and why they chose it.
