I can't even begin to fathom how people can still go on there after the myriad of terribleness that just overflows the site. The rules over there are designed specifically to ONLY praise 343i, if you have any negative feedback or criticism they'll ban you. Don't even get me started on the mods. Even if you make one little joke, BAN!
