How Clans should work

I don't know about the rest of you but im getting bored of the same thing, Clan leader, co leaders, members then recruits. My idea was having them in military order and by having the highest ranking troop is in charge of quests that require large numbers ... i was also thinking it'd b cool if only the guy in charge could put markers around where he would want his fellow troop to locate them self's for tactical reasons, Whats other peoples ideas though?

  • In fact, your talk is similar to the ideal we're going for with our Community; Guardians of Destiny. We have myself as the leader, known as 'The Keeper', below me is a council system in which they represent each class (Hunter, Titan, and Warlock), below that is the Monetary council (including the Treasurer as lead with a representative for Shopkeepers, crafters, and the like, this is still a work in progress idea). Over all we are going for a true faction/guild feel more so than a militarized feel, we will have ranks here and there for certain situations, but more over it's basing simply off Member seniority and skill. We will also find ways to help new members get gear right off the bat and work out a way to set up missions as we receive event info or get missions from people or groups to find a piece of loot and so on. We're still looking for people who can help us build this community up, so if you want a community/guild feel in which you can help us build up on then join us!
