me: this is just common sense! WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO TEACH 10th GRADERS COMMON SENSE?!?!
i just feel like... so m any things that i learn in highschool... wont even matter when i try to get a job...

5 RepliesIf you have to ask why, then they aren't doing a very good job of teaching it to you. By the way, High School isn't supposed to prepare you for the work force anymore. Its to prepare you for college. Back in the day high school was supposed to prepare you for being a responsible adult, capable of holding down most jobs. That, sadly, is not the case anymore. A Bachelors is the new diploma, and the point of High School is to get you to a university that can get you that diploma.
