Man, I love to cook. I making cookies right now. The first batch is peanut butter with Hershey Kisses in the center and the next batch is going to be classic chocolate chip with walnuts.
The other day I made a badass cheesecake that my friends devoured in like 10 minutes. lol.
I understand what I mentioned is baking, but I also cook, cook as well. Just in the last couple of days I have been baking.

I don't enjoy cooking but I don't live with my parents so I guess I have to. I could eat out but I'm a little paranoid about the cleanliness of restaurants.

I'm a pro at making microwave meals.

Yeah, I cook almost every night. Most recently I've just been having stir-fried vegetable parcels. Sometimes I'll have roast Mediterranean vegetables with rice, lentils, broccoli and asparagus. I sometimes make vegetable stew too. Oh, and risotto rice with beans and pulses. A lot of that is really general though. I actually like to mix things up a lot. My brother also likes to make pizzas, pasties and other pastry stuff a lot.

Edited by o_____________o: 4/28/2013 6:17:00 PMI like to grill stuff. I'm currently working on a salmon recipe using ghost peppers. Here's a salsa recipe I created. 6 large tomatoes (chopped into chunks) 1 onion (chopped) 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro (chopped) 1 clove of garlic (diced) 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon vinegar 7 frozen ghost peppers 1/4 cup of water Leave the ghost peppers in the freezer until you are ready to cut them up. Dump all the other ingredients(except the cilantro) into a pot. Then take out the ghost peppers and quickly chop them up into fine pieces. I like to use an automatic dicer. They are frozen so that each of the pieces can keep their shape and it makes for a better texture. Add them to the pot. Bring the pot to a boil and immediately turn it on low heat and simmer for 6 to 7 minutes. Stir constantly. Turn off the burner and add the cilantro to the pot and stir. Then let the pot set until the sauce cools down until it is just warm. Put the sauce in a blender and blend until it reaches the desired consistency. (I like chunky salsa, so I put mine in for only a few seconds)

Yeah I make dinners every night. Anything from BBQ to baking, I can perform well. Really not hard nowadays when you have all the recipes at the click of a mouse.

Edited by Oneironaut: 4/28/2013 6:17:56 PMI'm not that well versed in the language of cooking, but unlike most people my age, I know how to get my ass in the kitchen and prepare something that takes more than 3 minutes to make... Haven't really gotten around to much baking though, all the prep time and cleaning when done is a turn off for me.
