This article is all over the damn place. Teh puma is pretty sure it was written this way only to gain more hits. Then again just about every article is nowadays, should be expected by now. It gives a quote that specifically points out proselytizing alone, yet the article continues to say that simply expressing religious beliefs one on one would get you punished. Even further down they get a quote from a retired Lt. Gen. who ponders on how exactly they are attempting to use "proselytization", but don't let that stop the writer from trying their hardest to bring you over to their side instead of painting a clear picture of the situation. Teh puma isn't going to "pick a side" here until someone gives a decent amount of information.
