Can somebody diagnose my injury?
About 3 months ago I messed up my knee by hitting the side of it hard against a wall while I was falling, the pain has stayed with me for awhile. It has not swelled or looked dislocated but it hurts inside the kneecap off and on(When I am sitting is when it hurts most often.) Anybody know what I could have done to my knee?

1 ReplyEdited by Saleem: 5/6/2013 3:35:18 AMMy knees hurt if I spend a long time kneeling. I'm pretty sure my problem is bad joints. Yours however I don't know, could be something with the joint but I'm just guessing. PM Bobcast or something, if he is even around anymore.
