Do you consider someone with a GED less intelligent?
Do you consider someone with a GED to be less intelligent than someone who has a high school diploma?
I asked this because due to a messed up child hood I wanted to get my GED. My plan is to get a PHD in physics. I wanted to know what everyones view on this is.

Edited by Seggi: 5/6/2013 5:28:16 AMGED's just an American equivalence diploma, right? If so, they're certainly likely to be less intelligent, but it's not like I'd judge them on that. I know a few people who've completed their high school equivalency through TAFE, and they're definitely not the smartest people, but I wouldn't say any of them are any less intelligent than the average graduate from my high school.
