EA selected to make new Star Wars games

The development and publishing teams at EA will collaborate with the creative teams at Lucasfilm. As part of the agreement, EA studio teams DICE (Battlefield series) and Visceral (Dead Space series) will join BioWare (Mass Effect series, Star Wars: The Old Republic) in the development of new Star Wars games.[/url]
This is very good news due to EA's impressive track record of making high quality games and embracing new ideas to create breakthrough games that explore new concepts.

Guess I will never get Battlefront 3 now. On the off chance we do, we'll have to always be online (except the servers won't work the first whole month,) deal with game breaking glitches that should have been iced in development, and take out many features that were in the first two games. That doesn't even touch upon all the DLC bullshit they will pull. However, that hopefully won't happen and we can remember the Battlefront series fondly. Maybe EA will outright tell us that it sees no profit in Battlefront. Ironically, I think I'd rather hear that at this point.
