The idea is simple. Find a piece of concept art that you like and alter it in a different medium, style, or composition. Some fun things to try: Imagine the scene being pictured from a different angle, try changing the characters in a given image, Imagine it as a panel in a comic book, Change the environment or weather, Paint it in watercolor Imagine what the same picture would look like in the middle of a firefight. Draw it entirely in pencil, Change all the colors, Focus on one portion of the image and zoom in, There are no limitations, you can make a digital painting, pencil drawing, photo mosaic, anything!
