It would be nice to see how many likes a post has and who liked it. When I get a notification that someone has liked a post of mine, I can't see who it is. Right now likes honestly seem kind of pointless. What do you guys think?

I think the like feature isn't really a personal "trophy" system of sorts, but rather a way to archive threads and/or comments you liked. You're able to "save" threads by liking then and going to the "liked" tab and use the "all time" setting. So I don't think it's too important to see who likes it or the number of likes it has.
