Do you like curry? If so what is your favorite type of curry? Do you like it really hot or do you prefer something milder that doesn't burn?

If it's got lamb or seafood and a decent spice kick to it, it's damn good in my books.

Japanese curry is okay when you want something like a stew, but like curry, but not spicy. Chinese curry is when you want something more diluted, like a soup, so you can put fried beancurd and fishcakes inside. Indian curry is when you want something more spicy and concentrated and thick, so you can dump chicken wings and drumsticks and potatoes in.

Though tikka masala isn't really a curry, it's my favourite. A restaurant local to me when I'm at home does the most kick-ass chicken pastry with spinach and spices as a starter, then I'll devour a large helping of the chicken tikka masala. Gorgeous.
