The thought of Fable IV suddenly popped in my head today and I started to consider it. I know Peter Molyneux has left the studio, and no one has really heard much about it (rumors were going around that a Fable MMO was supposed to be on the way sometime in the future) but nothing has been talked about concretely. In fact, Lionhead studios has been extremely quiet since they finished off Fable: The Journey.
I know that the franchise has slid ever since... well the first one, but with Peter "the hype machine" Molyneux off the project, and the chance of a fresh start with the
death of Theresa, and Gabriel as the new "blinded"
I feel they have been given the chance to tip the table in their favor again. I've always enjoyed the Fable games, even if III and The Journey were very disappointing in many respects, the world itself is a great fantasy setting and one I would love to see fleshed out again unconstrained from the previous story arc.
Anyone else here still have faith in the world of Fable and Lionhead studios?
