Destiny shouldn't turn into one of those unmodest games like the picture form your first link in OP. I believe in knowing who the women are, but not in the way some of their new Hunter woman versions are looking like (see picture above). The difference between men and women can be shown through a smaller form, wider hips, shorter stature, ect.
Wanting armor that caters to the female anatomy doesn't justify overcompensating for the female anatomy.
That sums it up, but I can say once more, let us know the women by size and hips, not overcompensating for the female anatomy. They are more petite than men and they should use that to make them different and recognizably so. This is a very good subject to bring up and try to get changed, Cortana Five!

 • I don't understand. What's immodest about that female hunter?

 • Agreed. The female hunter isn't likely wearing plate/hard armor, so her clothing will fit more like a well fitted shirt or jacket. We need to keep in mind differences in materials.

 • I agree, I personally don't see anything wrong with it. The torso seems to have a shirt not a breastplate, so it would make sense for the shirt to be form fitting along with the pants. That lends itself to the image of streamlined swiftness. I think he's mad because her lovely lady humps are clearly defined (which, might I add, are not all that large in respect to the vast majority of female game characters).

 • Mad? I'm not sure I am. I have strong beliefs, yes, and those may be making myself come off mad. I don't want them too defined like in other pictures (maybe not the one above then) they've released.

 • well I think the hunter there is -in a way- justified. she's not wearing any actual armor on her sternum, and what she is wearing is meant to tight and form-fitting because it meets the whole hunter aesthetic of being agile. and all women in games don't have to be A/B cups, do they?

 • I'm sure the supposedly in-depth customization that Destiny will feature could solve that problem.
