I'm ecstatic about the Halo TV show and all their talk about the capabilities of the console were interesting to hear, but what the fck made them think about not showing us more games. "Oh, there's 15 exclusives for Xbox One (8 of them being new IPs), but we're not going to show these off. Nah." I understand that E3 is just around the corner, but seriously?

 • it's less than 3 weeks away, this way, people will be wondering about those 8 new ip's for the next 3 weeks keeping the hype up untill E3.

 • Same, man. I can't wait to download the Halo TV series on the 'Bay and play it through my PS4. You want to play some H4 later on, catch up?

 • What would have made you happy? They showed new content from Forza, FIFA, Madden, UFC, NBA, and Call of Duty. How many more games should they have shown that would make you happy?

 • Just a few would have sufficed, 3 quick previews of different games to showcase the capability and versatility of the console with different genres would've done me fine. I get that they wanted to show off the console, but they didn't show off the thing which people are probably going to spend most of their time doing - playing games.

 • Actually, people already spend more time in other entertainment on the Xbox 360 than they do playing games. Just because us hard core gamers spend more time playing games doesn't mean that this is the overall trend. I do understand what you're saying, but to me, it makes perfect sense to me that Microsoft would highlight the box's entertainment capabilities first at the reveal event (while still highlighting several of the biggest games like FIFA and CoD), and then show off the rest of a massive games lineup at E3.

 • What would of made me happy is them showing how the console is made for gamers and not a cable box that lets us tweet about the NFL.

 • E3 was always about games, that's why Sony and Microsoft didn't show games at their reveal. E3 is the big cheese, and showing games at E3 can produce hype and whatnot.
