That's some good advice. To be completely honest i haven't had a girl friend before ( I'm making myself a target right now) and I tend to imagine my characters without love interests. They always have that lone disconnected feel with the rest of the characters which defines them and me. I guess you can see where I subconsciously put a bit of myself into them. However it helps me stay focused on other things which I have seen reflected in my characters. Lol I'm just starting to realize all this. Ill try and get my short story up soon. I just need two more chapters and to edit the whole piece.
