Haven't been on this website in quite some time. The new layout is head-frying-ly complicated. Want to customise my profile with a new avatar and I get this message about some "Sneakernet" nonsense saying I have no Halo Reach data.
"* No Halo: Reach data could be found for you in the bungie.net Stats Archive. Your model cannot be updated."
Help me out with this. I played the bollocks out of Halo Reach and I really liked the character I made.

Tips: -make sure your clan tag appears as the last one known by Bungie.net. You can find this under the sneakernet part of the "avatar and theme" tab. -be patient when inputting the code. It's very long and you really have to pay attention. -make sure your brightness is just enough to see the numbers. The higher the brightness, the harder it is to actually see the numbers (or at least it was for me). Also, is this the account linked to your xbox live account? If not, there is no way to link any of your HAlo stats. The account had to have had Halo game history on it before Bungie passed Halo to 343i. If you have multiple accounts, try finding the one with your stats and linking it to your main account.

Are you sure you wrote down the code correctly?

Have you changed your Gamertag recently? You don't seem to have any stats showing on the current site, but you do on the old site. I don't know if they still update gamertags now, but you could be out of luck.

Did you recently change the email address that is linked to your live account? If so it should be on an alternate email address. IIRC.
