Chinese hackers breach key US weapons designs
Picture- Littoral combat ship
Among the weapon systems and technology breached are the F-35 Multi role fighter, Littoral Combat Ship, the Osprey, Ballistic missile defense systems, Patriot missile batteries and the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense System (THAAD) which is basically an improved patriot missile battery.

Also the Australian equivalent of the CIA was also cyber breached by Chinese hackers and they stole information from them as well. I think some extreme measures need to be taken to get China to back off, not militarily but certainly economically. We definitely need to ramp up cyber security because it really looks like were falling behind here, this is getting ridiculous the stuff leaked here is literally the future of our armed forces.

6 RepliesThere was a documentary about cybersecurity a while ago I was watching where they were interviewing some US security analyst who pretty confidentially stated that while America has the biggest armed forces in the world, they are particularly vulnerable to attacks on information infrastructure; that is where the modern day war takes place. It might be on YouTube somewhere. I'll have a look.
