Whenever a baby is born, a small device is injected into him. This device works as a bomb, and is linked to your ID.
Now, say you're a wanted Felon, the government can just remotely activate the device, detonating your insides and killing you, but the explosion would be small enough where it wouldn't create a mess.
Does anyone see any flaws? I see none. Because if you live your life normally, it'd be exactly the same as it is now. It'd only be different if you committed major crimes.

Aside from breaking several constitutional amendments and human rights, there's also the problem of errors and false convictions. And what about surgically removing it? How would the batteries for the receiver be replaced? Also, couldn't a criminal create a device to detonate someone else's bomb as a weapon? It would be almost impossible to track.
