Would you Kill?
Here's how it goes. You have been attacked by a robber or serial killer. He is attacking you and your family and you see a knife and he is distracted. Would you?
Personally, I would. I mean it's for the protection of my family and self defense. That person would have robbed me of everything I have because he's some pathetic deranged excuse of a human being. I think all of us here would so the same thing to protect.
The Sick bastards that kill for the game and pleasure deserve to die. Those are the worst in the world and they shouldn't deserve to live.
Alright so let's say you did kill him. Would you be tried in a court for the murder?

3 RepliesWhy would I aim to kill when you could easily disable them at this point? I get if it's heat of the moment adrenaline, but killing someone when you have the option of simply taking them down is a bit extreme. I suppose that's only the talk of someone who hasn't been in that kind of situation though.

People can do very interesting things when their life depends on it. If all that adrenaline wasn't basically acting for me? Hell no, I couldn't. Few could.

I definitely would. If that person was attacking my family and he was distracted... I would. It's self defense.

As I always say for scenarios such as this; I'd prefer to try and knock him out via choke hold or blunt object. After doing so, break his ankles, thus immobilizing him. Then proceed to tie him up and wait for the Police to arrive.

Honestly? It depends. If he somehow gets the drop on me and all I can get is a knife, then I would use whatever means to dispatch him. If he dies he dies, if he survives he survives. As long as he is no longer a threat.

5 RepliesWithout hesitation. Somebody robs me that's fine I can replace pretty much everything I own. Someone hurts me, again fine. I'll recover like I always have. You hurt or even attempt to hurt someone I care about I will do whatever I have to do to make sure you never get the chance again.

If someone hurt a family member, or was attempting to, then a beating were they can't walk out of the hospital bed would be in order. If they killed a family member however, then the same would apply to them, irregardless of what happened to me with the authorities.
