I'm updating the answer to this for future users. To unfollow someone, go to your profile and then select the Membership tab. You should see tabs for users followed/following.

Go to your profile page, the users you followed, click on the unfollow section under their name.

Go to your profile, then select the "users" tab. It will then show all the users you follow and underneath their name it will give the option to unfollow them . Hope this helped.
