I was playing Peace Walker and I realized how easy the game was if you just go through levels just putting everyone to sleep with my MK 22. I just started experimenting with different methods and I found out just how fun it is.
So yeah, what's your playstyle? Do you use your environment to your advantage, shooting fire eqstinguishers and lights, or maybe just shoot everything and move on?

For Peace Walker I just run around with that MK 22. For MGS 3 I try to be sneaky because you really can't run around. If I have the ammo for it I try to put people to sleep.

Well, I've only played MGS 1 and MGS4 (watched the others on youtube) and I played using stealth kills the first time through. Then I got the Patriot and just went guns blazing.
-
I've never played MGS, but depending on the game, I'll either just shoot my way out (albeit mix things up a little) or go completely stealthy, and sometimes nonlethal.

Mk.22 Hushpuppy forever.

I don't play MGS. I never found them to be all that enjoyable.

A mix between 2 & 3.

No kill.

No kill tranq runs.

Kojima needs to make a full 3D HD experience for MG1 and 2 with full voice acting and everything. Get Keifer to voice Big Boss and David Hayter to voice Solid Snake... oh god. I would f'ing jizz.

First playthrough? You KNOW I **** the enemy up.

Edited by Smarkdow: 6/12/2013 10:47:14 PMInitially, I used to just go Rambo and kill everything and everyone. Didn't care about alerts or the no kill bonus at all. Then I started to tranquilize enemies and utilize CQC more. Now, I strictly abide by the no-kill rule. Sometimes I even do a no kill, no alert, no continue, no recovery, etc run. It's pretty fun.

I always try to avoid the guards, it just feels a lot more rewarding. If I can't avoid them, I sneak up to them and use CQC.
