Historically the online integration on Nintendo consoles has been poor. I haven't heard about the wii u's online capabilities, but that's my guess.

Wii U online has worked flawlessly for me since Christmas. ME3, CoD, NFS multiplayer have performed great. Web Browser, Miiverse, eShop all work great. I'm like an 8 year vet on Xbox Live or something (gt infamousX), and I'd have to say the transition was seamless for me.

Yeah, I can't wait to get one. It's really a great console, but people just haven't played it for themselves. When I played it at a friend's house, I had no more doubts or worries that its a great console. not to mention dem graphics.
