Good PS4 news everyone.
For PS4 free to play titles it will be the Dev/Publishers decision whether or not to put their game behind the play station plus pay wall. DC Universe online, Planetside 2, Warframe, and Blacklight Retribution are confirmed to not require Play Station Plus.

It's free to play but you have to use real money for upgrades for the game which is really isn't free to play

Anyway this is a good thing. It's defeats the whole point of the game being free to play when you have to have Gold or PS Plus in order to play it. The PS4 is looking better and better to me.

But that doesn't really make sense. It's not like you pay the Ps+ fee for every game that requires it. You only pay it once for every game. Essentially, if you only play one game that needs ps+, you're wasting your money.

I'm so happy that console players will be able to experience the awesomeness that is PlanetSide 2! :D I just hope players stick with it... PlanetSide 2 is the kind of game that's 80 times better if you play in a large, well-organized outfit. As a team-based online shooter, it just blows every other experience available out of the water.
