I have 7 bucks in my wallet right now. I never use them cause I usually always pay things with debit, it's a rarity whenever I end up having to use cash, but I still keep it cause cash is still somewhat versatile. I just don't know how much to have at any given time.
How much cash do you keep in your wallet?
-
Between $4-$7.
-
nah but for real. between $20-50
-
I generally keep between $5 and $50 in my wallet.
-
I would think that $50 would the max you would want to carry on your person without a specific reason. I get along just fine with around $20 in my wallet because I have my debit card. However, just as many others have pointed out, if you know you need cash then going over $50 isn't too odd.
-
Sometimes I have $200 in my wallet, but I usually deposit it pretty soon because I don't like carrying around that much cash. I use my debit card for most things. If I suspect someone of stealing my number, I cancel the card right away. Trust me, I watch that thing like a hawk when I give it to someone, and if for a second I can't see what they're doing with it, I get a new card. It's free anyway.

I like to keep 8 dollars in my wallet.
-
I usually have 20 dollars that slowly deteriorate throughout the week.
-
man i get anythin from lik 2 ta round 50 bucks in wallets. why, you wanna buy one motha -blam!-a? i'll sell you some
-
I typically have little to none. *checks* ATM, I have $122 in mine. I think that I was headed somewhere that I thought would require cash and they didn't.
-
I've got around 80 bucks and a debit card.
-
I keep it as close to $20 as possible. I have my cards, so there isn't any point of having more cash on hand, since I can use my card for anything. And if my wallet is stolen, the card is useless, whereas cash can be used up and lost for good. Unless I'm meeting a dealer for some ganja of course. But that's a different situation.
-
The most I ever have in mine at a time is around $20, but generally I just pay with my debit card, so I rarely keep any cash on me.
-
At the moment, I have no cash in my wallet. I've really stopped using cash and instead just use my debit card.
-
$0.00
-
$15 in mine at the moment.
-
0 for me. I keep my cash in a separate pocket. Wallet in the back pocket, cash in an undisclosed pocket location.
-
I never have more than £50 in my wallet. I'd kick myself if I had more than that and it got stole or misplaced.
-
I would say around 100$, i only have about ten though ha.
-
$100-200 I would imagine is the norm if you aren't poor since that is enough to get you out of most issues without the need of a credit card.
-
Well if you're an engineer, almost none.
