As someone who wants to work in the gaming industry after college, I find this page to be a very useful tool. If I see a position that seems interesting (and something I may be good at), I click it and look at the requirements. This is a good way to learn what I have to work for if I ever want to work for Bungie, or any company for that matter. Although Bungie is my first choice.. So, do you ever check it out? If so, how often?
