The Elder Scrolls Online has interesting features, however...

The Elder Scrolls Online has interesting features such as: Marry other players Become Vampire/Werewolf First person view Same experience for all platforms Guilds can claim and control keeps Players can become Emperor Releases on all platforms spring 14th Real time day/night cycles Skill line for each race Player can have followers Mount can get upgraded Alliance points for PVP Dungeons feature dynamic loot for the individual player Any class can use any weapon and any armor However, what I would like to know is: can you interact with other players on an entirely different console? For example, I'm getting The Elder Scrolls Online for the Xbox One, however, my friend is getting it for the PC. Will I be able to see his character or only Xbox One players?

  • There was a lot of lag in the gameplay demonstration and not much actual gameplay footage which leads me to feel that this game will be of average to low quality but also look at those 'new' features... they're not much are they? EQ2 had a day night cycle, goodness EQ had one even. I can't remember the name but a game was released ages ago that allowed one player to rule and own fortresses. The only thing that might be new is access to followers but that depends how they play because if they're just advisors that wouldn't be new.

Probably not is the short answer. Stuff like that is still pretty difficult and an MMO? Hell no.

Most likely not. Cross-platform gameplay has not been denied/confirmed by Sony/Microsoft (I think). But I highly doubt it.
