Who here has Sony Vegas Pro 11 or 12

I just got it yesterday and I learned the basics and made a pretty cool intro. Does anyone have any good suggestions to learn the ropes? Any good guides you found good or any cool effects one should download

For every, single video you make, right click all of the video file in Vegas, hit properties, then tick "Disable Resample". If you leave it as "Smart Resample", it degrades quality.
