So a Human is defined scientifically...
A person is defined socially...
Let's decide once and for all, whether or not a foetus is a person.
Foetus is the UK spelling of fetus.

The hells a foetus?

It doesn't matter either way for me. IMHO, we arrogantly place way too much value on individual human lives anyway. Just by way of example, the ONLY reason to willingly give up your own life that most of Western society acknowledges as being honorable or noble is in order to (directly or indirectly) save another human life or lives. I'm not a violent person at all, but I don't value every human life above everything else that happens in this universe. Personally, I think it's a narrow-minded way of looking at the world.

Well, it isn't a giraffe..

Food, definitely food.

Depends on what stage it is. If it's little more than an embryo, I wouldn't say either. If it's in it's later stages, I'd say it's human. If it's nearly ready to leave the womb, it's a person in its own right.

Could a fetus come out an alien?
-
You'd need to describe personhood.

I think a way of looking at it is a human that is not yet conscious. Like, abortion, sorry to bring it into this, is just killing an unconscious person in my mind. If someone killed you while you were unconscious it'd suck but you'd have no way of knowing you died unless there is some sort of afterlife. So, yes. I do think it is a person.

All I know is that that spelling is absolutely retarded.
-
Human Only! If I can't get soft tacos with it, it's not a person.
-
Developing human.
-
Depends on what developmental stage it's in, if you ask me.

Foetus...
