Is a foetus a Person, or just a Human?
So a Human is defined scientifically...
A person is defined socially...
Let's decide once and for all, whether or not a foetus is a person.
Foetus is the UK spelling of fetus.

Depends on what stage it is. If it's little more than an embryo, I wouldn't say either. If it's in it's later stages, I'd say it's human. If it's nearly ready to leave the womb, it's a person in its own right.
