Too much Halo?

As we all know Halo is amazing! A classic FPS that will be remembered by generations to come. But, has it become a marketing tool for Microsoft? I believe (Just my opinion here) that the overproduction of Halos (Halo:Spartan assault, Halo: Bootcamp, and Halo 5) show proof that Halo has just become another money maker for big game producers. Of course there was plenty of merchandise before but all of that was just what Bungie did. They spread the story out of your T.V into your books and toys. Leave a comment on what you think. • Halo: Bootcamp was the working title for Spartan Assault. They are not 2 different games. How exactly is Halo being "overproduced"? The only game in the series that has had less than a 3 year dev-cycle is ODST (which, funnily enough, is my favourite of the series) and Halo has always been a "money maker for big game producers". Halo is Microsoft's own Doctor Who, if they want to market the franchise to appeal to a wider audience then that's down to them and as long as they keep pushing out quality products then why shouldn't they do it?
