HTC One or Samsung Galaxy S4?
I can't decide! For me their both $100(S4 16gb,One 32gb) with my upgrade.
What do?
And no other phone is an option.

Haven't used either one, but I've heard good things about the S4. I have a Motorola Electrify M, and it's been pretty reliable.
