Do you guys like them? I have grown a...dislike for the AI in games. For me it's the teammates that screw me over, like in L4D2 were Coach didn't save me from being smoked!..., and other games with companion that alert the enemy. Also in Mass Effect were they'll just run out of cover and get *hugged* by every enemies' bullet...laser/phaser. And the enemy AI that will relentlessly find and attacks me (MGS)...and will shoot their own teammates with a f-ing tank...looking at you Commanders in MGS PW. So I like the enemy AI more then friendly AI.

as long as im driving its all good #haloprobs

Half-life's AI was pretty good.
-
Stupid AI's are always funny.
-
Elizabeth > All other AI's in any game.
-
Kat is a horrible driver

I find it sad that there's been very little improvement to AI this generation. There's only been a few standouts, like the Replicas in FEAR.
-
Really depends on the game.
-
Republic Commando had the best AI team mates I've ever played with.
-
I think more games need NPCs. I'm tired of every friendly AI being suddenly killed just before I team up with them. I want some god damn AI companions.
-
AIs and teammates are utterly retarded. I prefer to solo whenever possible. I can get so much more done.
-
In Star Wars: Republic Commando, the AI was pretty compitant
-
Those damn AI's from CoD they don't do shit >:/

The friendly AI in Bioshock infinite was excellent, but then again, it wasn't forced into a combat situation.
