Do you think Hans Zimmer did a good job when it comes to the main theme, should he have done the music for MW3?

I think Brian Tyler was amazing for MW3. The soundtrack was the best part of the game. That being said, Lorne Balfe did a good job also with MW2. In terms of Hanz Zimmer, you can't really go wrong with him. Look at Crysis 2's theme. Or Batman. Or Superman. Or the Lion King.

He did do a good job

Edited by SLVR: 7/1/2013 4:42:36 PMThe intro was my favorite. Oh, and don't forget the Infamy Trailer's music. I remember the hype train for this game.

It was good but I don't think it was up to his standards.

His departure was one of the many reasons why MW3 was so bad.

I just have to listen to a track from the OST to get me pumped for MW2. For me the fact that Zimmer composed the soundtrack represents more than a good soundtrack. It represents the moment, (imo), video games became a major medium. MW2 was the greatest CoD game ever.

1.) Hans Zimmer did a fantastic job. 2.) I'm glad he didn't go near that piece of crap game.

The soundtrack in MW2 alone is better than all of Black Ops 1 and MW3 combined. This song probably hit me the most. Coming out of the bunker and seeing your guys fight the Russians in DC and seeing all the damage that has been done was probably my favorite moment in any FPS game.
