So there's a lone black man on a professional sports team made up of all white guys. On said team, a few of the white guys have an issue with having to share the locker room with their black teammate. They're vocal about it outside work and in the media, and it soon becomes a distraction.
Which party is the problem in this scenario?

THEY SHOULD ALL HAVE SEX

They don't want to share the locker room with the libero?

Let's face it, they have a point. He's big, black and walks around with his massive schlong out. The white boys are understandably envious of his bratwurst, and a couple have a thing for him. He has to go, there's nothing else for it.
Which party is the problem in this scenario?
The black guy. That hard working white team is going to have to work harder to support the team when that black guy is doing nothing. Who's ever next to the black guy would not only have to worry about his position, but the black guy's as well. Because we all know he's not going to work at it.

Clearly the white guys are the wankers

The media.

Kill the black guy

This entire thread kinda makes me think "Why the -blam!- would this be an issue for more than a few seconds?"
-
I'm sure the rest of the team would be highly criticized for being so openly racist.

Problem from a front office standpoint? The black guy. Trade him/cut him. Before you guys go all nuts. I'd feel the same if it was a lone white guy. Alot easier to get rid of one guy than multiple.

Did we get transported back to the 60's in your scenario as well? - Der

Good thread.

How is it an all white team if there is a black guy on it?
-
A back guy?

u wot m8

If the black man has given them no reason for concern and has been as friendly as he could, then the white people are at fault. If their only problem is his skin color, then the black guy isn't the problem.

The black man obviously.

The white guy are the problem. With that said, I cannot imagine a team with that scenario to be a good team.
-
The few white men who don't want to share the locker room with the black man are at fault. But why would they only be uncomfortable about sharing the locker room? Wouldn't they not want to play the sport with the black guy altogether?
-
The white guys

Can someone explain what he's referring to?

I see what you did here. But seriously, good point.
