So there's a lone black man on a professional sports team made up of all white guys. On said team, a few of the white guys have an issue with having to share the locker room with their black teammate. They're vocal about it outside work and in the media, and it soon becomes a distraction.
Which party is the problem in this scenario?

The few white men who don't want to share the locker room with the black man are at fault. But why would they only be uncomfortable about sharing the locker room? Wouldn't they not want to play the sport with the black guy altogether?
