Can we post clan recruitment somewhere else?
I'm getting kind of tired of seeing "Join our Clan!" all over the Community forum. Maybe you could make a group specifically for recruiting, or use a different forum. Just please, take it somewhere else.

Can we not have clan recruitment threads at all? They're annoying and nobodies going to join.

Normally, people don't actively search for a group to join. If a recruitment group/forum was created, I can see it only being used by recruiters and not potential recruits. That's what the classifieds were like. People posted recruitment threads there, then left and waited for people to join. Because of this people resorted to using PMs to recruit, which could be quite annoying. This is the Community forum, for the community to come together. If you don't like recruitment threads, mute the #recruitment tag.

Stop complaining about this sort of stuff. The site was created for players to come together, it's not like anyone's forcing you to click the tab. Just keep scrolling.

4 RepliesHonestly I don't mind it. Remember the Classifieds (I think that's what is was called)? It was a devoid of any activity. At least the threads can be seen now.

I think the #gaming forum is a good place for gaming clans, but if someone is recruiting for a Bnet group I think #community (for better or worse) is the right place for it.
