This car is parked...
Took this picture a few weeks ago.
I had just gotten off of work to find my neighbor parked like this. According to the missus, it had been that way for hours.

My neighbor parks strait in in our cul-de-sac, like its a parking spot. It not that hard to turn the wheel and park on the curb.
